Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

For domestic shipping charges, enter items in your shopping cart and fill out the requested information. Your shipping charges will be shown prior to asking for credit card payment information. The cart can be edited prior to any charges or completion of the order. 

PLEASE NOTE: WE CURRENTLY OFFER SHIPPING BY UPS GROUND WHICH TAKES ANYWHERE FROM 3-6 DAYS OR MORE. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER SOONER YOU CAN CHOOSE ONE OF THE FASTER UPS SHIPPING RATES OR CALL US DIRECTLY TO ARRANGE FOR A STORE PICK UP IF YOU'RE LOCAL. FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99 ARE SHIPPED STANDARD UPS GROUND.

In-stock items will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) after receipt of order. Our standard carrier is UPS ground unless otherwise requested. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. 

Back ordered items may be drop shipped to you from the manufacturer. You will be notified within 24 hours, after receipt of order, of any items that have been discontinued, not available or if shipping will be delayed. Special ordered items that must be manufactured to your specifications, such as tables or chairs, will be shipped according to the manufacturers production time.

For International orders, call our customer service representative and a custom rate quote will be issued for your destination location.

Over sized or Heavy items that require LTL or motor freight shipping will be quoted based on each order. You will be contacted by our customer service department within 24 hours after receipt of order or you may call us at 417-926-4444 for a quote prior to placing your order .

Disclaimer:

All products and risk of loss are FOB the sellers warehouse. The buyer is responsible for noting all damages on the freight bill at the time of delivery. The buyer is also responsible for filing any freight claims. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified by Pex Warehouse or its authorized agent. 


Return Policy:


Approved returns processed within 30 days of initial receipt are not subject to a restocking fee (customer is responsible for return shipping). A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns received 31-59 days after initial receipt. Returns for orders over 60 days will not be processed. Restocking fees may vary for items shipped directly from the manufacturer/drop-ship. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted). All returns must be in original packaging, and in saleable condition. You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Pex Warehouse prior to sending your return.

Regardless of reason, all returns MUST be processed through our Customer Service. Items returned without a RA# will be returned to the customer.

Summary

  1. Call 417-926-4444 and ask for a Customer Care Representative. After speaking with a representative, you will be issued a RA#. YOU MUST RECEIVE a RA# before sending back a product.
  2. Include a note stating purchaser's name, address and order number and reason for return. Be sure to include RA#.
  3. Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail, UPS or FEDEX.
